How we long to escape the uncomfortable nature of strong emotions—the flood of all that it means to be human. Awareness in its most essential form also means acceptance. When we sit solidly within a moment, we become free. Not free of the flood, but free of grasping at sensations as they arise. Be still. Be solidly seated. Be free.

AFFIRMATION
I sit upright at the center of the universe.
Breath arises. I follow as it falls away, arises once more.
Forever a gateway is open where once there was none.
Now—the possibility of knowing rests in my lap.
INGREDIENTS
Olive oil, organic coconut oil, distilled water, sodium hydroxide, goat’s milk, shea butter, organic botanicals, mica, proprietary blend of organic essential oils.
INSTRUCTIONS
Lather with warm water and rinse. To prevent soap from softening, store in a soap dish which drains away standing water.
